Our Story
Our Catalina Apéro was born from a desire to reproduce the inspiration of travel from the bustling terraces of Fellini's beloved Roma, the azure seas off Croatia's Dalmatian coast, and Oaxaca's sun-drenched white sand beaches.
Working in small batches over the course of several years, we developed an entirely hand-made process to gently coax local California herbs, botanicals, and aromatic citrus through an eight-week vat maceration.
The result is a light refreshing alternative to the usual, evocative of simpler days filled with sandy hair, dear friends, and salty kisses.

Our Spritz
The Catalina Spritz perfectly captures the spirit of 'L'apéro, the aperitif hour which lends us our name. With flavors of blood orange, gentian root, and rhubarb it is the light, balanced essence of, 'Rafraîchissant!
Enjoy your own refreshing Spritz by combining Apéro and Prosecco over chunky ice, add sparkling water for effervescence, and finish with an orange slice. We suggest a generous wine glass to highlight our spirit's distinctive endless-summer hue.
